Yep, it's 3:15 AM here in good old Northern VA and I just returned home from the first showing (here) of New Moon...with a trailer for Remember Me.
New Moon, well what to say about it...it's awesome - visually stunning, the acting was amazing (I really enjoyed Kristen's take on Bella, as well as Jacob - he's soo amazing), and the stunts awesome!!!
It was, in my opinion WAY better than Twilight - I thought it was just a lot more true to the book, which I really appreciate, since after all the REASON I love the movies, is because the books meant/mean so much to me.
I laughed, yes - can you believe it? I laughed, out loud, I thought no laughing in this one, but, yep there's funny parts. I of course cried, more than once...and I FELT how utterly alone Bella felt, Chris did an amazing job at really making you "feel" that, which I thought would have been hard.
I did miss Edward, a bit - Chris did a good job including him, which also helped to "show" Bella's pain, but I misse
d him - though I kept NOT wanting to see him, since that would signal the end was near. And when the time came...I cried all over again.It ended in a really good spot, left me craving more, as always with Stephanie's work (hence the reason I have not read Midnight Sun yet...I can't stand the thought of "the end" with out it being "done.")
No more from me today, or this AM rather, don't want to spoil it...I am off to see it again tonight (around 9) with Aubrey, I cant WAIT to see what she thinks!
Oh and, Remember Me - looks like a really good movie - I can't wait to see it, I had not read or seen anything about it till tonight, and it looks like a good story, very different but good....
I hope you enjoyed it if you went to see it, and if not, I hope you enjoy it when you do see it - it's worth it! :)

I know!!!!!!! Wasn't it soooo good! My review is up, too, so check it out! I disagree with you on some points (I thought the acting, for the most part, was crap), but Chris really did do SUCH an amazing job making us feel Bella's loneliness and pain.

I LOVED it!!! I honestly think it was prefect! I couldn't ask for a better movie! I think KStew did a much better job in this one and Taylor is phenomenal!
