OK, weird spur of the moment conest - I have been trying to get into The River all day, and it's not happening - I got this copy via Goodreads, it's an ARC, and signed - I would love to get it to someone, who will read and enjoy it...it sounds lovely, I don't know why it's not "clicking" with me right now...
