Weekly Wrap-Up, IMM, Affiliate News

This week was a SLOW painful one - we had soo much snow, and were trapped in the house for days! Don't get me wrong, it was lovely to have family over (my sister and her hubby along with there little boy) but EAK! 5 adults, 3 kids – all in a little house for 5 straight days! Yeah everyone was getting on Everyone's nerves!

Lets just say it's been nice to get out and about a bit. (Just saw The Lightning Thief yesterday...I have not read the books...yet, but I did not sadly love the movie...though the action was pretty cool.) The kids are still out of school – maybe Monday they will be back, but who knows...and Mail has only occasionally come (IE once, since the 4th). So my IMM is REALLY small – though, with my book ban, it would be small anyway. But I did just figure out my links so I can have a link list at the TOP (YEAH) of Book Crazy!

His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman (Aubrey is insisting I read this ASAP)
Betrayed by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast (Now I have 1 and 2, with book 3 on the way)
Such A Pretty Girl by Laura Wiess (I also have Leftovers, I hear that Ms. Wiess is amazing so I can't wait to pick one of them up soon)
Gone by Lisa McMann (I loved Wake and Fade, so hopefully!)

Kate reviewed Beautiful Dead by Eden Maguire (which I really look forward to reading, soon I hope), The Duty of Love by Ronals Neal Green (which I had never heard of but looks quiet good), and The Mark by Jen Nadol (which I also really enjoyed). Teens Read and Write -
The brother/sister team reviewed Ice by Sarah Beth Durst (I just love the cover of this book), and Hearts at Stake by Alyxandra Harvey (I have this one, only the UK version My Love Lies Bleeding, which I am excited to read). Heather reviewed, The Iron King by Julie Kagawa (I am not so sure about reading this one, I am not such a Fairy kinda girl), and The Way He Lived by Emily Wing Smith (this one looks intriguing). Kari reviewed this week Dreamland by Sarah Dessen (just finished this one too), A Child Called It by Dave Pelzer (a powerful, POWERFUL book), The Secret Year by Jennifer Hubbard (I have this one to read...soon), and Dirty Little Secrets by CJ Omololu (which I also have to read).
