Waiting On Wednesday ~ Praefatio by Georgia McBride

As many of you know, I am a twitter user, and that's where I met Georgia McBride. Georgia is the creator of #Yalitchat, which I love to watch, though I don't participate. She's also an author, which I knew. What I did not know however is that she's been working on her first book Praefatio, which is not due out until 2011. It's a new YA Urban Fantasy Series, which I just saw the trailers for the other day and it looks INCREADIBLE!

This is one series, I can't wait to get my hands on, or sink my teeth into...I mean come on, angels = AWESOME! I can't wait till it comes out...only we have to wait nearly a year – EAK that stinks.

What do you think....

And here's the synopsis via Georgia's website -

PRAEFATIO-YA Urban Fantasy Series The ascension of GRACE ANN MILLER from human to Archangel is not all it’s cracked up to be. A fact which no one believes, Grace’s sanity is challenged as she tells her story from a police station. Rockstar, Gavin Vault, has been arrested for her kidnapping and the media is having a field day. But Grace has a much more shocking tale for the police than kidnapping. A secret existence steeped in ancient Biblical myth and guarded by the highest order of Angels–resulting in blood, death and more grief than Grace could ever imagine. She is thought to have made up an elaborate story to protect her kidnapper and is suspected of having Stockholm Syndrome. But are these the delusions of an immensely sick girl or could her story actually be true? The police and the reader must decide in the face of overwhelming evidence on both sides.

Keep up with Georgia McBride on her website, twitter and facebook.

What are you waiting on this Wednesday?
